There are 66 parking spaces available in the main parking lot at Nestldown, but we strongly recommend taking the shuttle from the DoubleTree Hotel if at all possible or carpooling, to ensure all guest vehicles will fit in these 66 spaces. Ride sharing is a great way to limit vehicles and help with events that contain alcohol, however, they are not a reliable source for departure in the evening. The winding and dark roads tend to be a deterrent for most Uber and Lyft drivers which is why shuttles are highly recommended.
There is one smoking patio across from the Barn. This is the one area guests can smoke anything that is legal, and this includes vapes, e-cigarettes etc. All other areas, including the main parking lot, are not smoking areas.
We ask all guests to please make every effort to keep yourself and our other guests safe by following CDC guidelines regarding COVID-19. This includes following recommended guidelines prior to attending a group gathering. If you are flying or traveling, we suggest that you obtain a COVID test 1–3 days prior to the celebration to ensure you are negative for the virus. We would ask any guests experiencing COVID symptoms to refrain from attending.
The Welcome Dinner, Ceremony, Breakfast, and Deebbi will be held outside. We will also have hand sanitizer available at the Ceremony.
