Yes! The bar will be available starting at 4:30pm for social hour and during the reception. Options will be limited to select wine, beer, seltzer, and featured his/her cocktails. Additionally, our bartenders are generously volunteering through a local fundraising organization. While never expected, tips are greatly appreciated and will help support their ongoing efforts and the young people they serve.
Due to limited seating and catering, guests are limited by invitation only. If you have any questions about this, please contact the bride or groom. we kindly ask that all invitees RSVP by July 1st, 2026.
Yes, kids are allowed. However, we expect parents to ensure their children are respectful and not causing disruption during the ceremony, speeches, or honorary dances. There is a river nearby the venue, so it is important that parents keep a close eye on their children throughout the event for their safety. We ask that you please include your children on your RSVP.
Parking will be directly next to the venue. When you enter under the Nisqually Springs Farm sign, continue down the road until you find the parking lot and venue entrance. Signage will be posted. There will be security directing Parking.
Social hour will begin at 4:30pm, directly preceding the ceremony. If you would like to attend the ceremony only, we ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes early (5:20pm) so that you have time to park and find your seat before the ceremony begins promptly at 5:30pm. If you do not arrive before the ceremony begins, you may be asked to wait outside the venue until it is over to avoid disrupting the service.
Dress to impress! We kindly ask our guests to dress formally, in neutral or dusty colors (black, grey, brown, greens, blues, pinks). We kindly ask guests to avoid overly bright colors, large logos, or bold patterns when possible. Soft colors and classic styles photograph beautifully. Thank you for helping us create timeless wedding photos we’ll treasure for years to come!

We’ll be celebrating outdoors! The ceremony will take place outside, and the reception will be held under a covered pavilion. We recommend checking the weather beforehand and dressing accordingly so you can comfortably enjoy the day with us.
We have chosen not to create a wedding registry. If you wish to give a gift, we will gratefully accept contributions toward our honeymoon fund. If you’d like to participate in some wedding traditions, we also recommend bringing a little cash for bartender tips and for our money dance during the reception. Of course, your attendance and celebration with us are what matter most, and gifts are never expected.
