It was not possible to reserve blocks at hotels, however, there are several options in the area: hotels, gîtes (French holiday house), cottages, airbnbs, and campgrounds. The areas to look in: Briare, Giens, Beaulieu-sur-Loire, Châtillon-sur-Loire, and all the rural areas nearby :) As you can see in the "Getting around" section, there are rental car agencies and taxis available. Carpooling may also be an option. Some suggestions for places to stay:

The city where the city of Orlean in Louisiana takes its name from, and the city of Jean of Arc! About 1h20 drive from the venue. There are a few things to visit there: - Old Town - Cathédrale Sainte-Croix d'Orléan: originally built from 1278 to 1329, the cathedral was visited frequently by Joan of Arc and its stained glass windows now depict her story. - Hotel Groslot - Place du Martroi (central plaza)

Burgundy being a capital of wine, a visit to the region would not be complete without a wine tasting! Here is a nice little vineyard amongst MANY in the region. It seems they speak English, according to the Google reviews. About 1h30 drive from the venue. Careful to have a driving plan if you intend to get drinks there ;)
A restaurant nearby the venue
Feeling a little fancy?
There seem to be a few restaurants around here. We haven't tried any, but Google seems to think its good.
A supermarket 5mn drive from the venue. Other big supermarkets in France are called Carrefour, Auchan, Intermarché - you can find them on Google.
