Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by October 1, 2025 by clicking the RSVP tab in the website menu. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume you are unable to attend. We will miss celebrating with you, but it is imperative we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given us. If you cannot make it, please RSVP "Not Attending" as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 4:15 P.M. for a prompt ceremony start.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We want you to look and feel your best! Our dress code is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Please no jeans/denim and avoid shades of white. The ceremony and reception will be held outside, so please pay attention to the weather and dress comfortably for it.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately we can't accommodate additional guests. If you are invited to bring a plus one, their name will be noted on your invitation envelope as "[Your Name] & [Guest Name]." Thank you for understanding!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. All cell phones should be put away and silenced during the ceremony. We want our guests to be present with us at this moment, and we also want our photographer to be able to capture the best photos possible, which we will share with you. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many pictures as you please, and don't forget to share them with us!

Is the wedding outdoors?

Answer

Yes, the wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are entirely outdoors at The Tree House. The weather in Florida should be nice in December, but please pay attention to the weather forecast and dress accordingly. The ceremony seating space will be grass, but the rest of the spaces are paved.

Is there parking available?

Answer

Complimentary valet parking is offered at our venue.

Will there be an open or cash bar?

Answer

We have an open bar during cocktail hour, and after that we have paid for a limited bar tab. Once that has been spent, it will be a cash bar.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your kids, we have decided on an adults-only event with the exception of a few who are family members or children of our wedding party members. We encourage you to use this as a date night!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There is not transportation provided, but it is a 10-15-minute walk or a short drive or Uber ride away from all of the hotels downtown!

Can I post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

We would appreciate if all photos and videos are not shared until the day after the wedding. We hope you are too busy having a great time to post on social media!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Dinner will be served buffet-style, so we will have an assortment of options for dietary needs.
