WHEN IS THE RSVP DEADLINE?

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Answer

If you are coming from out of town, our room block is available starting Friday so we'd encourage you to fly/drive in a day early and celebrate early with us. If you are driving in locally, please plan to arrive by 3 PM so that you have time to settle in and be seated promptly before the start of the ceremony. NOTE: Those who are running behind, please kindly wait by the Tickler's (hotel's restaurant) until the couple are both at the altar.

CEREMONY :: 4 PM COCKTAIL HOUR :: 4:30-5:30 PM RECEPTION BEGINS AT 5:30 PM DINNER :: 6 PM DANCING :: 7:30 PM AFTER PARTY :: 9:30 PM

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends dressed up with us! We are requesting that all of our guests dress in semi-formal/elevated cocktail attire. Ladies: Dresses or Formal sets. Please keep in mind that the ceremony will take place on the grass so plan footwear accordingly. (There will be heel protectors at the front desk when checking in.) Gentleman: Suits (tie optional). No jeans. Sneakers are okay as long as they are clean, common sense willing.

CAN I BRING A DATE?

Answer

Due to limited numbers, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. If you have a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP.

COULD I BRING MY KIDS?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of our immediate family's children who will be a part of the nuptials. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night/weekend!! Go wild!

WILL THERE BE A BAR?

Answer

Yes! We will have an open bar available at the start of cocktail hour until the end of our reception. After which, the bar will turn into a cash bar for late night celebrating. A cash bar is also available before the wedding event. If you are staying at the hotel, you may bring outside beverages to enjoy during your stay but not on the grounds during our wedding time block (12/6 4pm-9:30pm) NOTE: The venue does not allow outside alcoholic beverages present during the duration of the wedding ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. Please be respectful of their policy. Thank you!

I HAVE A FOOD ALLERGY. CAN I MAKE A SPECIAL REQUEST?

Absolutely! Please make note on the RSVP. If you've already RSVP'd and forgot to mention, please reach out to the bride or groom with any allergy-related concerns/requests before 9/15/2025. We will do our best to accommodate!

ADDITIONAL NOTES

Answer

Wylder Hotel is a SMOKE-FREE property. If you'd like to enjoy a cigar or cigarette, they ask that you do so off their property. (ie- on the street near the entrance of the hotel) Please be mindful of noise/music after 10pm as there is a noise ordinance in place in the state of Maryland.
