Black Tie Optional DOES NOT MEAN that you are required to wear black (but you can if you want!) Gentlemen: Tuxedo jackets with bowtie for men in dark colors strongly requested. Dark colored suit & tie acceptable. The groom requests that you do not wear white/ivory/cream/beige. Ladies: Full-length or mid-length formal dress, with evening formal wear strongly requested Cocktail dresses acceptable. The bride requests that you respectfully do not wear white, ivory, cream, beige, light blush, champagne or any prints with white, ivory, cream, beige, light blush, or champagne background. Please refrain from wearing any light colors that could photograph as white/ivory. Guests are welcome to enter the venue starting at 4:30PM. Please come early and take in the beautiful ocean view of the historical Bel Air Bay Club - it will create some amazing Instagram worthy moments!! As there may be heavy congestion on the Pacific Coast Highway due to city and state mandates in the aftermath of Palisades Fires, please make sure to amply pad your travel time to arrive at the venue before 5PM. We are asking guests to be situated and seated for the ceremony by 5PM.
Ceremony will be held outdoors at The Lawn. Cocktail hour will be indoors/outdoors with the option for guests to be on Patio or in the Living Room. Reception will be indoors in the Dining Room.
In July, Pacific Palisades experiences warm and dry weather, with temperatures generally ranging from the low 60s to the low 80s Fahrenheit. The area is known for its ocean breezes, which can moderate the temperatures, especially during the warmer parts of the day.
All invitations have been specified with RSVP cards specifying how many seat(s) have been reserved to the addressed. We will not be able to accommodate for additional guests outside of the count specified.
Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate them at the venue due to limited seating. We hope you are able to join us anyway and enjoy a relaxed evening with friends and family!
During the ceremony reception please be prepared for an unplugged wedding experience. The bride and groom respectfully ask that everyone be prepared to turn off all electronic devices and refrain from taking pictures or video throughout the ceremony. Our amazing team of wedding photographers and videographers will be capturing the day we share together. However, please feel free to take all the content you want during cocktail hour and the reception!

There will be an open bar during Cocktail Hour and Reception with a wide option of beers, wines and spirits. If you wish to do so, cash tip to bartenders for their services will be appreciated.
Valet parking is required at the venue. All valet fees will be covered, but guests are welcome to tip attendants for their services. As our valet service is requesting a preliminary estimated car count, please be sure to answer the transportation questions when submitting your RSVP.
