To ensure a safe and enjoyable event for all, we are requiring all guests, vendors, and staff to be fully vaccinated and submit a proof of vaccination. To do so, please follow the steps below:
1. Take a picture of your vaccine card or screenshot a digital pass.
2. Scan the above QR code using your phone or go to https://bit.ly/34b2Sp6. Select photo to upload.
3. You will be asked to type your name & email address. If you are uploading proof of vaccination for someone else (a partner or family member), please write their name.
Please note, ceremony, cocktail hour & dancing will be held outdoors. Dinner will take place under a tent and in covered outdoor spaces ensuring plenty of space and air flow.
