Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

For the Welcome Drinks, dress is cocktail attire (suit or coat and tie for men, knee-length or tea length dresses or dressy pantsuits for women). For the Ceremony and Reception, dress is formal attire (dark suit and tie for men, long dresses or dressy pantsuits for women).

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited venue space, we ask that you do not bring a plus one unless they are listed on your invitation.

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

Due to venue limitations, we ask that you not bring your kids unless they are invited. If we have invited your children, the invitation will be made out to "The {Your Last Name} Family.” Additionally, all of the members of your family that are invited to the wedding will be listed under the RSVP tab.

Question

What is the Weather Like in San Diego?

Answer

In June, you can expect comfortable temperatures (between the high 50s and low 70s, typically) and dry weather. June gloom may make the weather a little cooler so bring a light sweater for the evening!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Both the church and the venue have large parking lots. Parking is free in both lots and you may park overnight in the venue's parking lot without being towed! Please note, the Church's parking lot is gated and will close a few hours after the ceremony, so please move your car to the venue's lot or park there initially upon arrival.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! We will have vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free dinner options available for those who need them. If you have other dietary needs, please reach out to yokubaitiswedding@gmail.com!
