Here's what to expect on our wedding day. There will also be signs to direct you upon arrival, and a chalkboard inside the venue with the afternoon's itinerary written on it. Please arrive at your place of stay or hotel accordingly.
3:00pm Bride and attendants arrive on property, photographer arrives.
4:00pm Groom and additional family arrives.
4:30pm Guests begin arriving. Officiate arrives.
5:00pm Ceremony (Outdoor at Beech Tree or Indoor Schoolroom).
5:30pm – 6:30pm Cocktail hour (4 hour bar begins) - Photos.
6:30pm Dinner Buffet (max 60 in schoolroom) and/or Food Stations (for 60-120 guests) open.
7:45pm Cake cutting and First Dance.
7:45pm – 9:15pm Dancing (Last call 9:00pm).
9:30pm Reception Ends.
