What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The Ceremony will be at Above the Mist Venue at 430pm, parking is limited so we are asking guests to arrive to the Cabin at 258 Palmer Rd no later than 4pm and we will carpool to the venue as only a max of 5 cars is allowed. The venue is about 5 minutes from the Cabin.

Is there a dress code?

Semi Formal.

Can I bring a date?

Due to the intimate nature of our ceremony & reception, extra guests will not be permitted. We thank you for your understanding.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to space and budget constraints, we unfortunately cannot accommodate any extra guests except those named on the invitations.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Gatlinburg has plenty of lodging nearby that are budget friendly. We would recommend due to the nature of heavy traffic to stay near the Glades of Gatlinburg and do not recommend staying West of the Parkway near Sevierville due to distance and travel times.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

We will do our best to accommodate the request and will work with the restaurant for options. Please let us know if you have any severe food allergies or intolerances.
