What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will start at 3pm. We would love for you to witness our wedding from the beginning until the end so we encourage that you arrive at least 30mins before the ceremony time (2:30pm) so you have enough time to look for street parking, and walk to the Bradley Rosaceous Collection where the Cherries are located.🌸🌸🌸

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception? 🅿

Arnold Arboretum (ceremony site): Street parking is available outside the main entrance (Arborway Gate), along the Arborway; however, space is limited. Venezia (reception site): parking available We highly encourage carpooling with friends/relatives and/or arriving at the venues to avoid delays. 🚗🏊

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We hope our wedding would be a fun excuse to dress up in your best Formal Attire! For the Ladies, don't wear white please. Wear a floor-length gown, a cocktail dress, dressy pants suit, or a dressy top paired with dress pants. Pastel colors would be best as it is a Spring wedding! 🌸🌼🌷 Pair with heels, wedges, or comfortable flats. Note: The ceremony is being held outdoors, and you'll be walking across lawn, avoid traditional heels that will likely get stuck in the grass. Semi formal for men.

What do we need to know about the wedding ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will be held outdoors at The Arnold Arboretum's Bradley Rosaceous Collection where the Cherries will hopefully be blossoming. Our wedding ceremony is a rain or shine event! The Arboretum is a City of Boston public park and we must comply with their regulations. This park is open to the public, and we cannot place any signs for direction in the park. We ask guests to follow the directions provided in this link (https://www.arboretum.harvard.edu/wp-content/uploads/basic-map-b+w.pdf). We will try to place an attendant at the nearest gate to guide the guests. Furniture is also not allowed on the Arboretum grounds so everyone will be on their feet during the ceremony. The ceremony will be approximately 30 minutes long, so wear a pair of stylish but comfortable shoes! Since we're getting married on a Monday and work/school/life schedule can get tricky, we ask that you let us know if you can't make it to the ceremony. We hope that you can at least join us for the reception!

I already said "WILL ATTEND" to the RSVP but I (or we) cannot attend anymore due to unforeseen circumstances. What should I do?

It's sad that you cannot be with us on our special day! We've carefully handpicked those who are close to our hearts. If you are already sure that you will be missing the celebration, please let us know as soon as possible and by any means necessary so we can give your allotted seat to someone else.

I said "WILL NOT ATTEND" to the RSVP but I had a change of plans and I can attend now! What should I do?

Please contact us at 617-372-3440 (Odessa) or at 617-840-4867 (Yo) right away. Please understand that we MAY have allotted your seat to someone else after you declined our invitation. We'd love to catch up sometime after the wedding.

Unfortunately, we can only accommodate the guests that are included in the invitations. We hope you can understand our limitations.

Your presence at our wedding is a present enough, but if you insist, a monetary gift for our future would be much appreciated. Make sure you have RSVP'd now and made your entree selection! Wear the appropriate attire. Be there on time. Stay until the end of the program and have a good time!
