Question

Where is the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held outside on the Yoder's farm.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive 30-45 minutes early. There will be a shuttle from the parking area to the ceremony/reception site. Please allow time to catch the shuttle, mingle and find a seat! If you are late, we ask that you please wait until the ceremony is over and you can join us for the reception.

Question

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close family and friends. Thank you for understanding!

Can we bring our children?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of immediate family. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Question

Is there an open bar?

Answer

We will not be serving alcohol but we encourage you to BOYB for the reception! We will have an area for coolers if you choose to bring one and please be sure to have your name on it. We also ask that if you are drinking, please have a plan in place to get home safely!
