Question
When is the best time to book our hotel/resort/flights?
Answer
Although this depends on your own individual situation, it is always best to book accommodations and flights as soon as you are able to do so, with the cheapest rates usually available 6-10 months before a trip. Additionally, we recommend getting travel insurance to protect your trip in the case of flight cancellations, unexpected medical or family emergencies or other mishaps that may cause last minute cancellations or changes to the trip.
Question
How long should our stay be/when should be plan to fly into St. Lucia?
Answer
We recommend flying in at least the day before the wedding to avoid last minute flight delays or cancellations that may make you miss the celebration. How long you stay though is up to you! There are many activities, excursions, and getaways available in St. Lucia, making this island the perfect vacation spot after the wedding. If enough people are interested, group excursions with the whole family and friends can be arranged in the weekend following the wedding but these are by no means mandatory!

Are we still able to attend the wedding if we choose to stay at other accommodations?
Answer
Of course! You do not need to stay at Coconut Bay to attend the wedding. If you decide to stay outside Coconut Bay Beach Resort, please let us know at least 45 days before the wedding (March 18, 2025) so that we may acquire a wedding pass for you. This wedding pass allows you access to the resort on May 2nd, from 3PM until the end of the wedding. If you do not let us know before March 18, there unfortunately will be a $89/person charge for a wedding pass, so please let us know as soon as possible!

Wedding day passes are available at no cost to guests who wish to stay outside Coconut Bay beach resort. They allow entry to Coconut Bay Beach Resort for only the wedding day, and for only the hours immediately around the wedding. The wedding will start at 4PM and entry will be allowed up to 1 hour before this. Guests will need to leave within 30 minutes of the end of the wedding dinner/reception if they are not staying on the property. Day passes are an option for guests who wish to experience Coconut Bay outside the wedding day. They are subject to availability and can only be booked within the same week of use. If available, it will allow complete access to Coconut Bay Beach Resort and Spa from 10AM to 5PM, and will include lunch and drinks for the price of $150/person. If you are staying outside the resort and are interested in this, please contact the resort directly for more information.
