Question

Can we bring our kids?

Answer

Absolutely! Kids are more than welcome. We just ask that you let us know if you plan on bringing your child(ren) so we can make sure we account for everyone. We will not have access to booster seats or highchairs.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Think Sunday best, but most importantly, wear whatever you feel comfortable in, as long as it is appropriate! Our wedding colors are earthy tones, with lots of browns and greens, so if you'd like to join in, we'd love to see guests in warm, fall-inspired colors as well. That said, there's absolutely no pressure. The only thing we ask is that guests avoid wearing white. Boots and jeans are absolutely welcome (and encouraged!) Please keep in mind that the ceremony will be held outdoors, while the reception will be indoors. Since it's September in Texas, you can expect it to be HOT! We recommend bringing a portable fan or another small way to stay cool during the ceremony, but don't worry, you won't be out in the heat for too long.

The ceremony is outside and the reception is inside.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If a plus one has been reserved for you, it will be listed on your invitation or shared with you. If you have any questions, please reach out to Veronica or Ylee.

What time is the wedding? How long will it last?

Answer

We plan to begin the ceremony at approximately 2:00 PM. Please plan to arrive no later than 1:45 PM to allow time for parking and getting seated before we begin. To help keep the ceremony special and interruption-free, we kindly ask that if you arrive after 2:00 PM, you join us afterward at the reception rather than entering during the ceremony. The reception will begin around 2:30 PM and continue until approximately 5:30 PM.

Will a meal be provided?

Answer

We will have finger foods, small bites, desserts, and refreshments available during the reception. We will not be serving a full seated meal, so please plan accordingly!

Will there be Alcohol?

Answer

We will not be providing alcohol, as this will be a family and child-friendly event. Alcohol is prohibited on the premises. We ask that you please respect those wishes, and respect the venues requests.

Can I record?

You are welcome to take photos and record videos if you would like. We simply ask that you please remain seated and avoid standing in front of or blocking the photographer so we can make sure those special moments are captured!

No glass containers are allowed outdoors on the property. Firearms are not permitted on the premises. We understand that many of you carry regularly; however, please leave all firearms secured in your vehicle while on site.
