As Baltimore tries to dig itself out of the rut of bad publicity over the last few years, Light City has been a great way to showcase a side of the city that the media doesn’t get excited about portraying. We’re not called “Charm City” for nothing!
The “Sagamore” name has become synonymous with Under Armour given that is what the UA founder Kevin Plank names all his non-UA businesses. With his big push to redevelop the Port Covington neighborhood in Baltimore, we’ve already reaped the rewards of this state of the art distillery and it’s adjacent Rye Street Tavern.
Once again the Sagamore moniker comes attached to this super luxurious waterfront hotel in the heart of one of Baltimore's most well known and charming neighborhoods: Fells Point. Built by UA founder Kevin Plank, this is a great spot for dinner or drinks. Over looking the UA campus just across the water, rumor has it that Plank had this built just to be able to “wine and dine” his promotional athletes.
Yitzy gets his haircut here. And only here. Essentially a men’s spa (don’t judge). You can get a haircut, manicure, pedicure, massage, custom suit, or just grab a drink in the top floor bar or smoke a cigar in the cigar lounge. Overall a classy experience :)
