Theme: Candle Lit Garden A little *dress rehearsal* for the big day… minus the name change & paperwork. Join us for a fun shower celebrating the nearly-weds! Expect an open bar, grazing stations, plated entrées, and a sweet finish. We’ll share our best advice, enjoy a quick “how well do you know them?” moment, unveil a few surprises, and let their favorite photographer capture the wedding-season magic that will carry us straight to the aisle. Hosted with love by Ellen Correll, mother of the groom. Note: There is parking lot on-site, but—because the bar will be flowing—please consider catching an Uber or Lyft home.

Dress Code Bring the glamour. Think Met Gala. Floor-length gowns mandatory. Velvet, satin, sequins & shine welcome. Statement jewels encouraged. If you’re between two looks, pick the one that makes the room gasp. Overdressed doesn’t exist tonight. Arrival Be on the Terrace by 4:30pm for refreshments. If you’re at the Westin, come from your room. From the lobby, take elevators up 1 level to the Terrace. Ceremony 1-hour outdoor ceremony on the Westin Flushing 2nd-floor Terrace. October evenings run cool; bring a shawl/wrap/fur. Timing & Attire Ceremony begins at 5:00pm. Food & Drink 4:30pm-7:00am = continuous 15 hour full open bar with plentiful food throughout. Pace & hydrate accordingly! AFTER-PARTY #1: 11:00PM - 1:00AM @WESTIN HOTEL (MIDNIGHT MAINSTAGE) At 11:00 PM, it’s mainstage festival vibes: lights low, lasers on, bass up, full send rave mode. Full open bar and desserts station remain open. Stay in black tie or swap to comfier attire (flip-flops provided). No room flip. No outfit change required. AFTER-PARTY #2: 1:00AM - SUNRISE @ OFFSITE VENUE (SMOKE & SUNRISE) Board shuttle starting from 1:00AM via hotel entrance. Shuttle runs every 30 minutes until sunrise to/from a private lounge down the road (exact location is shared upon boarding). Continuous full open bar and food provided. Hookah encouraged but totally optional. More casual vibe, change out of gowns and tuxes if you wish.

The day after our wedding, join us for a dim sum brunch at * NEW MULAN *, a short 10-minute walk (or 4-minute drive) from the Westin. (NOTE: NEW LOCATION!!) There is a parking garage underneath the “QUEENS CROSSING BUILDING” so you can drive there (after hotel checkout) and park while you eat. Dim sum (literal translation: “touch the heart”) is all about sharing small plates with loved ones. Expect steaming bamboo baskets of fluffy BBQ-pork buns, soup dumplings, peking-duck sliders, and flaky egg tarts, all served family-style with plenty of tea to pour. No dress code, just comforting noms to nurse last night’s hangover & a warm farewell to cap off our weekend together ^^
