When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by December 15th so we can finalize seating, catering, and other details with our vendors.

Please arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony to allow time for parking and seating.

Where is the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be held at Our Lady of the Angels Catholic Church located at 12905 State Road 70 E, Lakewood Ranch, FL 34202.

Where is the reception?

The reception will be at The Miller Estate located at 5108 Lorraine Rd Bradenton, FL 34211.

Is transportation provided between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Transportation will not be provided, however I am sure many guest will be more than happy to offer rides if necessary.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Please dress in semi-formal or formal attire appropriate for a Catholic church ceremony. We kindly ask guests to avoid overly casual or overly revealing clothing out of respect for the church setting. The reception is on grass, so sharp heels may not be ideal. Comfortable shoes or wedges are recommended, and don’t forget your dancing shoes!

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Early February in Lakewood Ranch is typically very pleasant, with comfortable daytime temperatures in the mid-70s and cooler, crisp evenings in the 50s. The ceremony and early reception should feel great, and as the sun sets it can get a bit cooler. We recommend bringing a light jacket or wrap just in case but between the dancing and celebration, everyone should stay nice and comfortable all night.

Are children invited?

While we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration. We will only be including a small number of children who are immediate family or part of the wedding party.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We had to be really intentional with our guest list because of space and budget, so we are not able to extended plus-ones to everyone. Please refer to your invitation for the names included in your party.

Dinner will be served buffet-style with a variety of options.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We kindly ask guests to keep phones away during the cermony so everyone can be fully present and respectful of the church.

Is there parking available

Yes, complimentary parking will be available at both the ceremony and reception venues.

Can dietary restrictions be accommodated?

Yes. Please note any dietary restrictions when submitting your RSVP and we will do our best to make accommidations.
