We'd love for guests to be seated by 5:30 pm, as the ceremony will begin promptly. Plan to arrive 15–20 minutes early.
Cocktail/semi-formal! Think elegant but not stuffy - when in doubt, go a little fancier rather than a little casual. Our wedding palette is inspired by soft, Tuscan tones: ivory, butter yellow, soft greens (nothing too bold or bright), warm browns, and touches of silver—feel free to draw inspiration from these colors if you’d like (but no pressure!).
Yes! Both the ceremony and reception are at The Hare Wine Co., located at 769 Niagara Stone Road, Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON L0S 1J0, Canada, so no need to worry about getting anywhere else on the day.
The ceremony and reception will be held outdoors at The Hare Wine Co. - fingers crossed for beautiful weather! In the event of rain or extreme conditions, we have an indoor backup plan ready to go at the same venue. Either way, the celebration is on!
We're having an unplugged ceremony - please keep phones and cameras put away so you can be fully present with us in the moment. Our photographer will be capturing everything, and we promise to share photos after! Feel free to snap away during the reception though.

Yes! We've reserved a room block at the Prince of Wales Hotel in Niagara-on-the-Lake, conveniently located just minutes from our venue and a wonderful option for out-of-town guests. We've also arranged a special discounted rate at 124 on Queen Hotel and Spa for our guests. Please visit our Travel section for more information. If you'd prefer to stay elsewhere, there are plenty of charming hotels, inns, and vacation rentals nearby to suit a variety of preferences. We'd love for you to join us for the weekend!
