When should I RSVP by?

Please submit your RSVP by the November 1st, 2024.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please make your own way to the ceremony for a 2pm sharp commencement time. The ceremony will be held at the Hartzer Park Chapel.

What time should I arrive at the reception?

Answer

The reception will commence at 5:00pm at The Stables, Bendooley Estate. If you are being picked up by a shuttle bus from your accommodation, the complimentary bus will arrive as per the timing below. BUS 1 Grand Country Lodge - 4:30pm Springs Motel Mittagong - 4:35pm BUS 2 Park Proxi Gibraltar Hotel - 4:30pm Peppers Craigieburn - 4:35pm

Is there parking at the ceremony and reception venues?

Yes, there is free on-site parking at both venues.

Where should we stay?

Answer

We recommend you stay at one of the accommodation locations listed on our 'Travel & Accommodation' tab. This way you can ensure you will be escorted to the reception venue, and taken home at the end of the night, stress free!

Aside from our closest relatives, we've decided to keep our wedding an adults-only event to ensure everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We hope you can still join us for this special day.
