The Hyatt Place is literally two blocks from our apartment. Downtown Saint Paul is transit friendly, a great option if you're traveling without a car. We also recommend staying in Saint Paul because, in our opinion, it is far superior to Minneapolis. Feel free to check out these other hotels in Downtown Saint Paul. Can Can Wonderland is a 14 minute walk from the Fairview Ave Station.
