When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Thank you for wanting to share in our special day! Unfortunately the RSVP deadline has passed and our final numbers have been submitted for seating and menu selections. Please visit our website after the wedding to enjoy our wedding photos and other special memories. If you ARE marked as attending, please make sure to attend. If you originally submitted an RSVP to attend, but something has come up that will cause you to miss the event, please send us an email to imani.heard@yahoo.com soon as possible so we can open up more room for others!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

At 5:00 pm, to allow time for parking.

Can I bring a date?

Unfortunately, we won't be able to accommodate anyone other than those addressed on the invitation.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, the parking is located behind the venue building. Please see parking map section of site for details.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes, please indicate any dietary restrictions in your RSVP.

We are limiting attendance to adults only.

In order to keep ourselves, our friends, and our families safe, masks and wristbands will be provided upon request.

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

Yes, there is a ramp located on the West side of the building.
