To help us with our planning, please RSVP to all the events as soon as possible. However, the deadline is July 25th. If we do not receive your RSVP by this date, we will unfortunately have to mark you as a "no." We have to provide our venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand.
Due to limited space, we will only be able to accommodate guests who are formally invited. Those whose invitations are addressed to "the family of" are meant to include immediate family members only. Thank you for understanding! <3
We ask that our guests join our garden party theme. If you can, we ask that you wear semi-formal attire that is colorful. No denim or black. Cowboy hats and boots encouraged. If you're looking for some inspiration photos, you can find some on the "Attire" tab.
We recommend finding your seat at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm. Guests who arrive late will not be allowed to participate in the ceremony with us, but we'll be happy to have you join us at the reception!
Yes! You can expect a beautiful Oregon summer day for the outdoor ceremony and reception. Additionally, the ceremony will be on grass, beware of your stilettos. Stay hydrated!
There is a parking lot that will close 15 minutes before the ceremony starts. Additional parking will be available on the road outside the venue.
We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during our ceremony. We want you to be present with us. We will have a professional photographer capturing our ceremony for us. After the ceremony is over, please feel free to take as many photos as you'd like!
Yes! Signature cocktails will be served at cocktail hour and beer & wine will be served for the remained of the reception.
