Can I bring a date?

Yes, absolutely. Please reach out to us if the RSVP system miss your plus one or doesn't provide you one.

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP before March 1st, 2023. If you miss it, feel free to reach out to us. We will figure it out.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Chinese/Vietnamese food will be served. Please call us if you have a food allergy or dietary restrictions. We can arrange something else for you.

Are kids welcome?

Yes, of course. Please let us know the head count for the table arrangement.

Does the venue provide high chair?

Unfortunately, we don't provide high chair. Please bring one if needed

How is the cell service?
Answer
Verizon is the only carrier that gets full service out here in the redwoods! The venue offers free wifi (with no password) And yes! Please do not drink and drive – you may leave your car here overnight, and pick it up by 9 am the following morning.

Is it cold at the venue?

Yes, it may get cold at night. We do provide outdoor heater, but please bring a jacket to keep warm.

Most likely there will be another event at the same time. Please look for Cathedral Grove.

Address: Saratoga Springs Events & Weddings, 22801 Big Basin Way, Saratoga, CA 95070 Google Map or Apple Map should work. Just in case, here are the detail direction: From San Francisco, Palo Alto, Cupertino Take Hwy 280 South OR Hwy 101 South Exit Hwy 85 South Exit Saratoga Ave. Turn right on Saratoga Ave. Stay on Saratoga Ave. approx. 2 miles Saratoga Ave. becomes Hwy 9 / Big Basin Way at Intersection Continue through town on Hwy 9 / Big Basin Way/Congress Springs approx. 2 1⁄2 miles. Saratoga Springs is located on the right side of Hwy 9 / Big Basin Way (You will see our billboard and entrance sign, WELCOME!)
