Our story began at Howard University, where we first crossed paths as students. King, an upperclassman at the time, often offered advice and suggested study sessions, although somehow those study dates never quite happened.
Even then, we saw each other as kind, genuine, and caring individuals. After graduation, life brought us back into each other’s orbit, and in God’s perfect timing, we reconnected, believing He brought us together when we were both whole, ready, and open to love. What started as friendship and admiration quickly blossomed into something much deeper.
Now, we are so excited to begin this next chapter together and celebrate our love with all of the people who mean the most to us.
