I see you are getting married on Halloween. Is it a themed wedding?
Answer
While we have no theme for our wedding, if you want to sport your best Wonder Woman costume, we won't stop you! Just know that you may be the only one donning a gold hard top bra while others are in dresses and suits.

How do I get from the ceremony to the reception?
Answer
If you are not driving, someone else is so feel free to hitch a ride from the ceremony location to the reception (about 20 minutes away) or catch an Uber.

I just got to the ceremony location. Now where do I go?
Answer
Once you park in the parking lot, there is a short walk to the ceremony location. Please follow the signs.

What time can I arrive to the ceremony location?
Answer
1:45 PM. We are starting at 2:00 PM. If you function on Romanian or Island time, we'll see you at our next wedding.

Where do I sit?
Answer
There is no assigned seating in the chapel. Find your favorite stone pew or chair, favorite person to sit near, or make a new friend. Don't make it weird. Introduce yourself. Chances are they know us too.

What's the overall timeline for the day?
Answer
Arrival to the ceremony- 1:45 PM (f you arrive earlier, please do not make your way up to the chapel until 1:45 PM. You may grab a drink at the on-site bar or tour the grounds in the meantime). Ceremony start time- 2:00 PM Once the ceremony ends, feel free to walk the grounds. Immediate family, please hang around as we will want to take some photos with you. 4:00 PM- the reception will be ready for visitors to start arriving while we continue taking photos. Once photos are done, we will meet you at the reception location (Cuba512 6800 West Gate Blvd #112, Austin, TX 78745).

Are there accommodations nearby?

Yes, we have reserved blocks of rooms at La Quinta Inn- Austin Southwest. When booking, mention our Yekpabo-Thompson wedding for a discount.

When can I arrive?
Answer
Guests are to arrive at 1:45 PM. Should you arrive prior to then, please feel free to enjoy a drink at the on-site bar or tour the grounds. The ceremony will begin at 2:00 PM.
