Yegor and Kayla met while working for The Everett Clinic. As their friendship grew, the pair realized how much they have in common outside the clinic. A few dates turned into more dates and they soon realized their bond grew and before they knew it, they had become each others person.

On Nov. 11th 2018, while in Maui, Hawaii; On Yegor’s birthday, Yegor wanted to spend the morning on the beach. Him an I walked along the beach as the sun was rising. We could see the sea turtles playing along the near by reef. He picked a spot near by to watch the sunrise and turtles and we sat down with our toes in the sand. Yegor then looks at me and says "You know how I've mentioned that I want to spend the rest of my life with you?" I looked back and inquisitively said "Yes." He proceeded to ask with a smile, "What do we have to do next before we can do that?" I unsurely said "Get Married?". He giggled "And what do we have to do before we get married?" I smile and answered "Get Engaged?!" Yegor smiles, holds my hand, pulls out a ring box and asks "Kayla, Will You Marry Me?!" I briefly looked down, then looked him in the eye and said "YES!"
