Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
Yes! Please see the travel page on our website for recommendations. While October is the end of tourist season in Maine, it is still a popular time of year for weddings and leaf peepers. We highly recommend booking accommodations as soon as possible!

Do you have a hotel block for guests?
Answer
We did not block out rooms, so feel free to book a room where you feel most comfortable. The charm of the Boothbay Harbor area is finding hidden gems to stay!

Are kids welcome?
Answer
We respectfully request no children at the reception aside from our niece/flower girl, allowing all of our guests to enjoy an adults-only evening.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Yes, we'd be delighted to accommodate your food allergies and dietary restrictions. Please let us know in advance so we can ensure a safe and enjoyable meal for you. Our menu has been thoughtfully designed to be egg-free and shellfish-free to honor the bride's allergy and family allergies. We will also have multiple vegetarian and gluten free options! If you have other dietary restrictions we should be made aware of please let us know when you RSVP!

Will there be alcohol?
Answer
We'll have beer and wine available during cocktail hour. For the rest of the evening, alcoholic beverages are available at our cash bar. Please note that our venue contract requires that no outside alcohol be brought onto the premises. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy.

What is the dress code?
Answer
The dress code is cocktail attire. We encourage you to wear whatever makes you feel most comfortable and confident. Please avoid wearing white or neon colors. Please keep in mind that October weather in coastal Maine can be quite variable, so we recommend bringing a warm layer—while our venue is heated, you'll appreciate the extra coverage as you move between indoor and outdoor spaces.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. Thank you for understanding!

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?
Answer
Yes, parking for up to 80 cars will be available at the venue. We're also pleased to offer a complimentary shuttle service from downtown Boothbay Harbor to the venue before and after the celebration. For additional details, please visit the travel tab on our website. We kindly encourage you to arrange a designated driver or take advantage of our shuttle service. If you're unable to drive home safely, you're welcome to leave your car at the venue—just plan to pick it up by 10am the following morning.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the ceremony. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy! You are welcome to take as many photos as you like during our reception! We encourage you to share our special day from your point of view using our QR code to upload to our group wedding album!

How should I RSVP?
Answer
To RSVP, go to the RSVP page on this website. Please submit your RSVP by August 15, 2027 so we can plan accordingly!

Is the wedding inside or outside?
Answer
Our ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside. Our dinner and reception will be inside the heated barn theater. There will also be spaces outdoors to hang out playing corn hole or by fire pits during the reception. In the event of rain, the ceremony will be moved inside.
