FAQs

We hope to answer some common questions about the wedding weekend here. Please reach out to us with any other questions!
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than April 1st, 2025

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We request that guests arrive by 5:00 pm in order to be seated in time for the ceremony at 5:30 pm. We kindly ask that no guests arrive prior to 5:00 pm.

Question

Is this an outdoor wedding?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outside. During the cocktail hour following the ceremony, guests will have the opportunity to enjoy drinks inside the restaurant lounge or outside on the beach. Dinner will be held in the restaurant's upstairs dinning room. There is an elevator available. After-dinner drinks and dancing will take place back downstairs on the beach and in the lounge. In the event of inclimate weather, a tent will cover the ceremony and dance floor space.

Question

How will guests get to the wedding venue?

Answer

The Islamorada Resort collection offers a shuttle service that guests staying at one of the three resorts can utilize for transport. There is also parking at the venue. If you plan to consume alcohol at the wedding, we request that you ride with a designated driver, use the resort shuttle, uber or lyft.

Question

What in the Gen-Z is "Beach Cocktail" attire?

Answer

We understand Florida in May is hot, and we want our guests to be as comfortable as possible. Our idea of "beach cocktail" is semi-formal attire that is classy but cool. Ladies, we recommend dresses or jumpsuits that are breezy and flowy. There will be firm sand to walk on, so we recommend sandals, wedges, or chunky heels. Gentlemen, we recommend a dress shirt, slacks, and dress shoes; we do not expect that you wear a jacket or tie.

Question

Can I bring my children?

Answer

Per venue policy, any child over the age of one is considered a guest in the official headcount. For that reason, we ask that you not bring any children over the age of one that are not named on your invitation.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We will be unable to accommodate any guest not named on your invitation.
