Please RSVP by June 1st, 2025.
Plan to arrive 45-60 minutes early to be seated by the groomsmen, at approximately 5:00pm. The processional will begin shortly after.
Short answer: yes and no. While we don't expect you to come in black-tie apparel, we do recommend your Sunday best. This might look like a casual dress or sundress for women, or a nice shirt and khakis for men. But remember, no white! :)
You can RSVP by clicking on the appropriate tab at the top of your screen, or by calling Crystal Hazelwood at (336) 736-7474. Please be sure to submit your RSVP by June 1st!
As much as we would like to see all the kids, we are on a tight guest limit and do not have room for flexibility! If your child did not receive a personal invitation, please refrain from bringing them.
Unfortunately, due to seating restrictions, attendees not receiving an invitation are not able to attend the ceremony. Please reach out to the couple if you have any concerns!
Yes! Covington Gardens has a parking lot that can fit approximately 100 cars in it. We recommend carpooling, if you are able, but there should be more than enough room for everyone.
The ceremony and reception will both take place in an outdoor garden area. Please be mindful of this when choosing shoes to wear at the event. Additionally, if you are in need of assistance getting to one of these areas, please notify the nearest venue staff member or groomsman, who will be glad to assist you!
During the ceremony, we ask that you do not take pictures. Our photographer and videographer will be sure to capture all of the important moments! All you need to do is sit back and enjoy the ceremony! During the reception, feel free to pull out your phone or camera! We will have QR Codes placed on each table for you to upload your pictures to, at the end of the night. We would love to see them! Our professional photos and video footage will be added to the "Gallery" tab at the top of the screen. Just give us a few weeks to receive and upload those!
