Yes! We have reserved rooms in the Hilton hotel in the Travel section at a discounted rate and complimentary parking.
Please look for the orange banner for parking/Uber/Lyft drop off & shuttle pickup location in the Albertson’s parking lot. A Mercedes Sprinter Van will be labeled with the hosts’ names. Note: 236th Ave NE is a very busy and high-speed street: * guests may not park on the shoulder of 236th Ave NE. * Lyfts/Ubers are not allowed to drop off/pickup onsite as it slows down the main thoroughfare. * Guests must park in the designated area of the lot or they may be towed at the owner’s expense. * We are not allowed to have guests walk from lot; please park in the designated area.
The venue is fairly green and will be outdoors. For women, please do not wear red or white dresses. For men, please do not wear red or white suits (white shirts are okay). The venue itself is relatively hilly, and we do not recommend wearing high heels. You will be walking on grass.
