Yasmine and John were always meant for each other. They were originally friends who got to know each other over several church events in New Jersey where they both grew up. After college, Yasmine moved to DC where she began working for the government. A few years later, John also accepted a job offer in DC, but a career was not the only thing he was starting on his new journey.
