Yasmine

Bride

Yasmine is a girl who loves everything outdoors, country and art. She grew up and went to school in Livingston which is where she met 2 of her bridesmaids, Mackenzie and Hema. She went to college at Drew University, continued her studies at a Masters program at Rutgers Newark which was then followed by 4 years of medical school at Rocky Vista University School of Osteopathic Medicine, and lived both in Colorado and Wyoming throughout those 4 years. This is where Yasmine met 2 of her other bridesmaids, Shelby and Hannah. After completing her medical school training, she moved back home to NJ and completed her Family Medicine Residency Training in Flemington, which is where she met her bridesmaid Colleen. Since graduating from her residency program, Yasmine went on to take a faculty physician position at the same program she trained at. Shortly after taking on this position, she met her now fiance David. They met at a restaurant in Doylestown, PA on August 20, 2021. Shortly after their first date, Yasmine planned a series of outdoor adventures for them to embark on together. Little did David know that after a few twisted ankles and broken fingers would he and Yasmine still be embarking on more adventures together years later. On Yasmine birthday on September 20, 2023, David took Yasmine on his own perfectly-planned-adventure. Just AFTER sunset David proposed to Yasmine on the top of Goat's Hill Overlook in Lambertville, NJ, ...in now pitch-blackness. One more adventure...check!

David

Groom

David is a man of diligence and pride. David gives his all to everything and anything he does. In fact, he very admirably lives by a saying of "strive to be a little better at something today, than you were yesterday". This attitude is more than evident in just his day-to-day life and all of his accomplishments over the years, but even more so when it comes to his relationship with Yasmine. He is loving, passionate, dedicated, hardworking, intense, and a really good conversationalist. He grew up in Lansdale which is where he met his groomsman Sam. After high school, David attended college at Temple University in Philadelphia. In 2015 David graduated from Neuman University with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. At Neuman is where David met his groomsman Mirko. David currently works as a physical therapist and has worked with all ages, from newborns to the elderly. Aside from his dedication to work, David is also dedicated to athleticism. From the time he could run, he was a star soccer player. In his teens, he developed his love for lifting and this passion followed him up until now. This is how he met his groomsman Tom. He later met his groomsman Mike through Tom. You can frequently find David underneath an Olympic bar listening to Mega Drive or some 80s song by the Police or Hall and Oates. The man was born in the 80s, and is surely stuck in the 80s. It was August 20, 2021 when he met Yasmine. He proposed to her on September 20, 2023, and is marrying her on November 30, 2024.

Charlotte

Flower Girl

Charlotte is a beautiful young lady who happens to be David's niece. She is 7 years old and has excitedly accepted the role as Yasmine and David's "Flower Girl" on their special day.

Ryan

Ring Bearer

Ryan is a handsome little guy who happens to be David's nephew. He is 7 years old and has bravely agreed to take on the role of "Ring Security" on Yasmine and David's special day.

Mackenzie

Bridesmaid

Mackenzie is one of Yasmine's best friends. The two of them met in 7th grade and have been friends ever since. They originally met in choir, and every year since then, they sang in choir together until they both graduated high school in 2009. Mackenzie and Yasmine both love to go together to the beach, farm and any place that serves wine or cider! They also both share the love for country music. If we rewind back a bit, back in grade school, Mackenzie, Hema and Yasmine all starred in the film "The Han Dynasty", which is still greatly remembered to this day. Mackenzie's personality is magic. Yasmine has never met a person like Mackenzie. Yasmine realized early on in their friendship that Mackenzie shows insane amounts of dedication and love for everything she helps her with, and this always spoke volumes. Mackenzie currently works as a teacher and lives, in the same area where she and Yasmine grew up together, with her wonderful husband and not-so-baby-anymore little girl.

Hema

Bridesmaid

Hema is one of Yasmine's best friends. The two of them met in 7th grade and have been friends ever since. Hema and Yasmine are known for riding around in the car with all the windows down, blasting rap music... no matter the time of day. They also like to get their grooves on when the song "Low" comes on... If we rewind back a bit, back in grade school, Hema, Mackenzie and Yasmine all starred in the film "The Han Dynasty", which is still greatly remembered to this day. Hema was always regarded as a workaholic when they were in high school together, they'd always laugh about. It is still true, but when it comes time to spending time with friends and family, Hema is most dedicated to that. Hema lives in the area that she and Yasmine grew up together in with her supportive husband.

Shelby

Bridesmaid

Shelby is one of Yasmine's best friends. The two of them met 2014 in Colorado in medical school, and they have been friends ever since. Although they live pretty far apart from each other now, when they WERE able to spend most of their time together in Colorado, some of their favorite things to do together were hiking and biking in Boulder, and watching movies while eating crackers with salami and cheese! Shelby is one TOUGH lady. She always astounded people with her strength, physical and mental. Shelby now works as a doctor for the military and lives with her wonderful husband and two not-so-little-anymore boys.

Hannah

Bridesmaid

Hannah is one of Yasmine's best friends. The two of them met in Colorado in medical school in 2014, and they have been friends ever since. Although they live pretty far apart from each other now, when they WERE able to spend most of their time together in Colorado, some of their favorite things to do together were line dancing, swing dancing and all kinds of arts and crafts! Hannah has such a beautiful heart, she is a doctor and gives so much to others. She does the same for her friends, literally WHENEVER Yasmine needed her, Hannah was there. She now lives in one of the most beautiful parts of the US with her husband and GORGEOUS little boy.

Colleen

Bridesmaid

Colleen is one of Yasmine's best friends. The two of them met while completing their residency in family medicine, and they have been friends ever since. Some of their favorite things to do together is going to country music concerts, biking, hiking, and painting! Colleen is a very special lady; she is so smart and caring and gives so much to others, and doesn't realize how awesome she is. She is a doctor who happens to also express the "right" side of her brain amazingly through her paintings and pottery.

Sam

Groomsman

David and Sam met in kindergarten and he was his best friend throughout grade school and high school. They reconnected on the train to Temple in their mid 20s. Since then they've been inseparable. They share interest in video games, comics, and science. Similarly to David, Sam is a great conversationalist, so the two of them in one room can lead to discussions that last for hours.

Tommy

Tommy is Yasmine's baby brother. There are 8 long years that Yasmine spent alone before Tommy became a part of her life, but ever since the year 2000, he has been a great addition as a sibling ;) ... and now a great addition as a brother-in-law to David.

Tom

Groomsman

David and Tom met in the year 2012. They met in the gym and share the passion for lifting. You can find them frequenting many concerts together, as the two both have a love for music. The two have been inseparable since then.

Mike

Groomsman

David and Mike met 2014 through their mutual friend Tom. They bond over video games and occasionally visiting the local state game land shooting ranges together.

Mirko

Groomsman

David and Mirko met in 2012 while both attending their doctoral program in physical therapy. Since then, although they are not able to see each other as frequently, when they do get together, it is as if no time has passed, they are like family.
