When should I RSVP by?

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes! There is plenty of parking on site.

Is the wedding outside or inside?
Answer
The wedding is going to be outside. But there will be a covered area where the food and drinks will be in case it does rain.

Is smoking allowed?
Answer
Yes! Since the wedding will be outdoors AND in Oregon *wink*, smoking is allowed. Please just smoke in the designated signed areas if you plan on smoking the green or nicotine.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Not really unless you are part of the wedding party. If you want to dress formally, you’re more than welcome to.

Are kids welcome?

Sure! Like the plus ones, let me know if you plan to bring your kids for our guest list.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony begins at 4:00pm. Please arrive at least 30-15 minutes before so that everyone can be seated on time.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Yes, but please make sure to let us know ahead of time if you want to bring a plus one. That way we can expect the number of people on our guest list. We want to make sure they can have a seat as well as be fed!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Absolutely. We will be keeping certain foods separate from each other. There will be a non vegan table and a vegan table for our guests. If there’s nuts, then we will keep them in a separate bowl. If you have any other food allergies, please let us know.

Will there be alcohol?
Answer
Yes! There's no wedding without the drinks babie! The only thing is that since the wedding will take place at a venue, we will be hiring a server. So please make sure to bring your IDs for drinks!

What will the weather be like?
Answer
Typically in Medford, it ranges between mid 70s-90s in the middle of June. It’s either sunny and hot or it could be unpredictable and might rain. Hoping for the best that it won’t! (Though a rainy wedding honestly sounds amazing to me! - Yasmine)

Can I take pictures of the wedding?
Answer
Absolutely! Photos are definitely encouraged during the reception. In fact, we will have Polaroid cameras and a Photo Booth area on site. Please be careful with the cameras, but also make sure to have fun and take as many pictures of the venue, guests, etc for us! We only ask that you DO NOT take your phones out for pictures during the ceremony. We have a photographer for a reason.
