LOTS of stores for shopping, coffee shops, gift shops, small businesses, ice cream/gelato. Very walkable :)
If you're looking for a nice morning or evening stroll while you're in town, this park has the BEST view of the mountains :)
Short but somewhat steep hike (definitely doable). We take all of our visitors here to get a view of the valley :)
This is a tough but doable hike for those not used to being in high elevation :) You get a great view of the Salt Lake valley!
This is a scenic drive that you can take from SLC to Park City. It's closed from November-June so this would be a great time to see all of the fall colors in the mountains. We take this drive AT LEAST twice a year to take in all of the views. You will pass Brighton Ski Resort and Solitude Ski Resort. You can also stop at Silver Fork Lodge for food but it is mediocre!!
Indoor/outdoor garden close to the mountains!
This is a spa located at the ski resort Snowbird up Little Cottonwood Canyon. You can purchase a massage, facial, or take a fitness class (yoga) and get all day access to the spa! There is a pool and hot tub outside and great views. Highly recommend if you're looking to treat yourself <3
In the 9th&9th neighborhood! Try the banana bread (Lauren loves it)!!!!
This is a drive thru coffee shop - they have a bunch of locations. Cheap, good coffee and yummy breakfast burritos!
Yummy brunch spot with delicious pastries/desserts
Located on Main Street (lots of bars, restaurants, and coffee shops here, too). Close to the mall, delicious coffee and pastries!
Yummy food. Get the cinnamon roll!!!!
Cozy and cute diner in the mountains! Homemade biscuits and jam so yummy
Fun brunch spot/bar/restaurant with a rooftop. The food is good and it's nice to sit outside and have some mimosas if you're into that :)
A 3 level bar (basement - cocktail lounge, ground floor - live music & food, top floor - DJ/club vibe) in downtown SLC!
Rooftop bar with small bites and amazing views! Perfect spot for ~golden hour~ ♥
A great place to get sushi in SLC. They don't take reservations, you have to go to their website and get added to their waitlist. We recommend checking the website about an hour before you go to put your name in :)
Italian food!
*This is where High School Musical was filmed hehe*
Small and romantic vibe - wood fired pizzas, steaks, salads, wine, and good times!
If you're able to travel about 30 minutes away from SLC, Park City has a lot of great things to see, too. Main Street is an entire strip of restaurants, bars, boutiques, gift shops, etc. Our favorite spots are No Name Saloon, The Eating Establishment, The Spur, The Bridge, High West, Butcher's Chop House, 501 on Main, and have heard great things about Grappa :)
Fun to drive through, hike short trails, and see bison :)
