Welcome ♡ Our Story

While attending school at the University of Florida, we met for the first time going out with friends in front of Rockey's Dueling Piano Bar. We stood in line for 30+ minutes waiting for our mutual friends to join - but the conversation was easy and we really hit it off. From there, in the midst of both medical school and job interviews, we went on our first date on October 28, 2016. Who could say no to the company of a sweet guy and SweetBerries ice cream custard? After dating in Florida, we both moved up "north" for medical school (Pennsylvania) and work (Ohio) - starting long distance. This included a lot of 10 hour drives on the weekends, but luckily after two years we ended up in the same state (Ohio)! On September 28, 2019, after a magical hot air balloon ride in Florida, he got down on one knee and we were officially engaged.
