What to Wear?

Answer

June in Chicago can be warm during the day and cooler in the evening, so we recommend light, breathable fabrics and comfortable attire. Think summer dresses, linen suits, dress shirts with slacks, or other polished seasonal looks. Since we'll be celebrating at a brewery, we also suggest footwear that is both stylish and comfortable for walking, such as block heels, wedges, or dressy flats. As our wedding ceremony will take place in a church, we kindly ask guests to choose attire that is respectful of the sacred setting while still allowing you to feel comfortable and ready to celebrate with us afterward. Our dress code is summer cocktail attire with garden-party vibes. Think bright colors, floral prints, airy fabrics, sundresses, linen, and light, festive styles that embrace the warmth and joy of the season. For men, collared shirts, dress shirts, polos, and slacks are encouraged. Sport coats are welcome but not required.

We’ll be serving a BBQ buffet-style dinner, so come hungry and ready to enjoy! There will also be an open bar featuring a variety of beers, ciders, and other selections from the brewery.
