We kindly ask guests to arrive by 4:15PM to allow enough time to: * Park comfortably * Find the correct entrance (Pearl Ballroom) * Locate the ceremony area (outdoors) Guest must be seated by 4:45PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM.
Here is how the day will flow: * 4:15 PM – Guest arrival * 5:00 PM – Ceremony (outdoors weather permitting / indoors if bad weather) * Following ceremony – Welcome hour with light bites & beverages * Reception – Sit-down dinner, celebration, and dancing The celebration continues into the evening as we gather, dine, and dance together.

Yes! We are very mindful of all our guests. For those who do not drink alcohol, there will be cider already served at your seat. Everyone will be properly included in the toast and celebration.
