The Wedding Website of Yashila Sanchez and Sean Vogt

We'll set up shop at the Jug Handle Creek Farm and Nature Center for a weekend of family-friendly fun. We have rented the campgrounds, and all associated on-site facilities, from 3pm on Friday (Sept. 8) through 11am on Sunday (Sept. 10). We look forward to having y'all stay with us (camping available onsite) for the weekend to explore the coast and nearby community! There are a lot of nearby activities to enjoy, such as mountain biking, surfing, hiking, or even relaxing at the beach with a book. The weather in September on the northern California coast is unpredictable... be prepared for rain, chilly nights, cool days, sunshine, fog, wind, etc. However, Caspar, CA is usually dry this time of the year and quite pleasant with high seasonal norms of 65°F and lows of 50°F. Bring some firewood for the evenings and some layers to get through chilly evenings; a light rain jacket is recommended just in case!

To make the Talent Show as fun as possible, you (your kids, your plus one) are strongly encouraged to participate. This is a meet and greet opportunity where two families are coming together... get up there and tell a joke, a funny story, do a card trick, whatever! If you want to enter the talent show ahead of time (vs. Sean just throwing you up there), please email Yashila at Yashilasanchez@yahoo.com.

The Ceremony

Attire: Business/Dressy Casual or whatever you are most comfortable in...

The wedding ceremony will be short and sweet with a little bit of walking on gravel/grass; maybe rethink fancy shoes, stilettos, etc. We will have a happy/cocktail hour right after the ceremony, with booze and snacks. Dinner will be served around 6:00 pm (relatively early), so that we can get to the dancing and partying before the sun sets! At 10:00 pm, we will need to pack up the party (no more loud music at least) and move up to the Common Area between camp sites 1 & 2. We will have some tables, chairs, and fire pits set up so we can hang out and enjoy stories until midnight or so... Gunna be a good time in the sticks!
