IMPORTANT TRAVEL GUIDANCE All guests are encouraged to book round-trip flights to and from Delhi (DEL), as it offers the most convenient international connections. From Delhi, there are easy domestic flights available to both Surat (for wedding events) and Udaipur (for reception events). Please plan to arrive in India by November 20, 2026, to comfortably attend the wedding festivities. Our family will be attending both the wedding events (Nov 21) and reception events (Nov 27–28), but guests are welcome to join for any portion of the celebrations that fits their schedule.

MEHNDI NIGHT An evening celebration where intricate henna designs are applied, traditionally for the bride and close family. This will be a more intimate gathering attended by close family and the wedding party. There will be music, food, and a relaxed atmosphere to kick off the wedding celebrations.

FOR GUESTS ATTENDING WEDDING EVENTS (NOV 21) If you plan to attend the wedding festivities in Navsari, please book a domestic flight from Delhi to Surat (STV) after arriving in India. Surat is the closest airport to the wedding venue, and transportation to Navsari will be arranged. Guests who are only attending the reception in Udaipur can skip this leg and instead travel directly to Udaipur later in the week.

WELCOME GATHERING (NAVSARI) Join us for a casual evening to relax, settle in, and spend time together before the wedding day. This is a low-key gathering for guests who have traveled in, especially those visiting India for the first time. Feel free to stop by, meet everyone, and unwind after your journey. WEDDING EVENTS OVERVIEW (NAVSARI – NOV 21) These events are part of our traditional Indian wedding celebration and will take place in Navsari. All guests are warmly invited to attend the Wedding Ceremony and Dinner later in the day. Ganesh Puja and Haldi are more intimate, pre-wedding ceremonies reserved for close family and the wedding party. GANESH PUJA A traditional prayer ceremony to bless the wedding festivities. This will be a smaller, more intimate gathering with close family and the wedding party.

HALDI CEREMONY A fun and vibrant pre-wedding ceremony where turmeric paste is applied to the bride and groom. This event will be attended by close family and the wedding party. Guests attending are encouraged to wear yellow attire. Comfortable, light clothing is recommended.

WEDDING CEREMONY Our traditional Indian wedding ceremony will take place in the evening. All guests are warmly invited to attend. We are happy to help arrange traditional Indian attire for guests. Alternatively, semi-formal attire is perfectly appropriate. Please keep in mind the weather may be warm. ACCOMMODATION NOTE Guests traveling for the wedding should plan to arrange accommodations in the Navsari area for the nights of November 20 and November 21. A limited number of on-site cottages at the venue are reserved for close family and select guests for the night of November 21. All other guests should plan to stay at nearby hotels for both nights. DINNER RECEPTION Dinner will be served following the wedding ceremony. All guests are invited to join us for an evening of food, celebration, and time together. OPTIONAL GROUP TRAVEL (NOV 22–26) Following the wedding, we will be organizing an optional group trip to explore Delhi and Agra. This portion of the trip will be a smaller, informal group of guests who choose to continue traveling with us. Planned highlights include the Taj Mahal, Agra Fort, Itimad-ud-Daulah, Mehtab Bagh, and Red Fort, along with great food and local experiences. More details will be shared with those who are interested.

WELCOME NIGHT (UDAIPUR) Join us for drinks and light bites as we kick off the reception celebrations in Udaipur. This evening is a great opportunity for everyone to arrive, settle in, and spend time together before the main celebration. ARRIVAL AND ACCOMMODATION Guests attending the reception are encouraged to arrive in Udaipur on November 26. We have arranged accommodations for all guests at Ram Pratap Palace from November 26 to November 29. Staying at the property will make the experience seamless and allow everyone to fully enjoy the celebrations together. Please refer to the Travel page for booking and additional details.

RETURN TO DELHI Guests attending the reception in Udaipur should plan to take a short domestic flight from Udaipur to Delhi before their international departure. Delhi will serve as the main hub for return flights to the United States.
