When and where will the wedding be held?

We’re delighted to welcome you on October 18th at The Sanctuary Event Venue, located at 716 N. 9th Avenue, Pensacola, FL 32501. The ceremony will begin at four thirty, with the reception to follow. We can’t wait to celebrate together!

The dress code is formal. We invite you to wear something that makes you feel comfortable and festive for the occasion and setting.

By when do I need to RSVP?

Kindly let us know by September 18th whether you’ll be able to join. Your timely response helps us make the day perfect for everyone.

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes, limited parking is available for our guests at the event venue. There is also street parking and additional parking available at Pensacola District United Methodist Church (901 E Gadsden St, Pensacola, FL 32501) about a block away from the venue. Rideshare services are also a convenient option.

Will the ceremony and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be indoors while the cocktail hour will take place outside. Please consider the weather when choosing your attire, and dress accordingly so you can fully enjoy the festivities.

What time should I plan to arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving about 30 minutes before the ceremony, allowing plenty of time for parking and finding your seat as we begin our celebration.

Are there reserved hotel accommodations for guests?

Answer

Yes! We’ve set aside a group of rooms at Hilton Garden Inn in downtown Pensacola. Please mention our wedding when booking.

Are you registered anywhere?

Answer

You’ll find our registry on our wedding website on the Registry tab. Your presence is the greatest gift, so please do not feel you need to give us a gift.
