When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP via website or via mail by July 14, 2021.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We have elected to make this a kid-free event. Yes, this includes fur babies. Sorry for the additional logistics and/or babysitter costs! Our goal with this choice is to create an atmosphere where couples can focus on each other and perhaps harness the evening to hearten your commitment to each other.

Do you have hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have set aside a block of rooms at The George Washington A Wyndham Grand Hotel in Winchester, VA. This will be the main hive of activity before and after the wedding. Since delaying the wedding, all previous reservations have been canceled. We recommend calling the hotel directly to book, or visiting their website.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

At this time, we believe it will be best for the health of our guests not to pack everyone onto busses. If you are able to select a designated driver amongst your group there will be plenty of parking on sight. Additional options such as Uber and Lyft are available, and can sometimes be planned in advance. We appreciate your understanding as we navigate the "new normal".

What is parking like in town?

Answer

There is a large public parking garage with overnight parking available just one block away from the Wyndham. It is centrally located in a pedestrian-friendly historic area.

What is parking like at the venue?

Answer

There is ample parking on-site at Whitehall for 100+ cars. Please plan to travel safely to and from the venue. (Seriously though!)

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, the catering team can address any allergy. Let's be honest though, you're family and we've done our homework. Those with known dietary restrictions or preferences have been accounted for. If you feel we may have not accounted for you due to a new lifestyle choice or allergy please include any allergen concerns on your RSVP.
