It all started in the sacred valley of the Incas, a magical place surrounded by mountains was the perfect setting for our souls to connect forever. It was a day in September, four years ago, Abhi was on a yoga retreat in the Andes of Peru, part of his yoga retreat was to hike from the city of Cusco to Machu Picchu for five days. On the third day of the journey the group decided to stop and rest in a valley that had hot springs, a beautiful and magical place between the mountains. On the other hand, I was on a work trip, visiting the construction of a hospital in a town in the city of Cusco. Being in Cusco I decided to go out for the weekend to visit that place of which I had heard very nice things, the hot springs of Cocalmayo. It was in that magical place where we met. He didn’t speak Spanish, and I didn’t speak English, we lived in different countries, but neither the language barrier nor the distance managed to prevent our souls from connecting. I can say that wonderful day when I made the decision to go visit the Cocalmayo hot springs changed my life. It was that day that allowed me to meet my soul mate.
