Although we love your little ones very much, we respectfully request that no children attend the wedding on 10/05/24. We sincerely appreciate your understanding. We would love to help you coordinate childcare if you are coming in from out of town! Please contact us directly for more information.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Prelude starts at 5:30pm, please find your seat on the lawn to the left of the building by that time. Wedding starts promptly at 6pm

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Yes! Please RSVP if you plan to attend our Welcome Party on Friday evening 10/04/2024 at 8pm.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there will be transportation provided from the various hotels secured with a room block. More details to come on exact location & timing in the near future. If you plan to utilize the bus transportation, please include your response when you RSVP!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, there is a parking lot in the front of the venue at 9750 Tournament Dr, Matthews, NC 28104
