Question

Where is the wedding venue located?

Answer

Our celebration will take place at the Georgetown Community Center / Sunken Garden, located at 445 E. Morrow Street in Georgetown, TX. It’s a beautiful venue nestled in San Gabriel Park, offering a scenic and charming setting for our special day.

Question

Will there be parking?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking available at the Georgetown Community Center. The ceremony will be held outside at the Sunken Garden, just 10 steps from the Community Center doors.

Question

I’m coming in from out of town where should I stay?

Answer

We have not arranged a hotel room block for our guests. Georgetown, Round Rock, and North Austin offer a variety of hotel and short-term rental options within a short drive of the venue. Please feel free to choose accommodations that best suit your needs and budget. We recommend booking early to ensure availability.

Question

Is the ceremony outside? What will the weather be like?

Answer

Yes both the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors. While the space is shaded by plenty of trees, it will still be a Texas summer day, so we recommend dressing accordingly in light, breathable fabrics. Hand fans will be provided, and cocktail hour will follow immediately after the ceremony.

Question

Can we bring our phones out during the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be unplugged, we kindly ask that all phones and cameras be put away so everyone can be fully present in the moment with us. Don’t worry, we’ve hired an amazing photographer and videographer to capture every special memory of the day! For the rest of the wedding, we encourage guests to record as many memories as they can!

Question

Can I bring a plus-one or children?

Answer

Due to limited seating and catering, please only bring the guests you RSVP’d for. We’ve also decided to make this a child-free evening (under age 12). Think of it as a night to eat, drink, and dance the night away with loved ones and friends.
