Question

Where is the ceremony taking place, and what time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will be held at St. Anne Church in the main building. You can find the address under the Schedule tab at the top of this page or on your invitation. Doors will open at 11:45 AM, and we kindly ask that all guests be seated by 12:00 PM, as the ceremony will begin promptly afterward. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to get settled and enjoy the moment! Parking: There is plenty of parking in the lot next to the church. Photography: We welcome photos, but we ask guests to remain mindful of the officiant, photographer and ceremony flow.

Where is the reception taking place, and what time should I arrive?

Answer

The reception will be held at Diaz Ranch. You can find the address under the Schedule tab or on your invitation. Doors open at 4:30 PM, and we ask that guests arrive by 5:00 PM so you don’t miss the wedding party’s entrance! Parking: Plenty of parking is available onsite. Security will help guide guests to ensure a smooth arrival for guests. Transportation: If you’re staying at a nearby hotel, we recommend taking an Uber or Lyft to the venue, especially if you plan to enjoy a few drinks. Timeline: 4:30 PM: Cocktails & appetizers begin 5:00 PM: Wedding party & couple entrance + first dance 5:15 PM: Dinner buffet begins During Dinner: Speeches & toasts 6:30 PM: Parent dances + bouquet toss 7:00 PM: Cake cutting / dessert 7:15 – 9:45 PM: Dancing & fun activities 10:00 PM: Hora Loca starts – get ready for masks, props, and high-energy fun! 11:00 PM: Late night snack 12:30 – 1:00 AM: Last dances, end of night

What is the dress code?

Answer

Dress Code: Western Elegance- think classic western style with a dressy twist. Ladies can wear dresses or skirts paired with boots, feel free to add subtle western accessories like belts, jewelry, or hats. Gentlemen can wear button-down shirts with dress pants or dark jeans, and cowboy boots are encouraged; vests, bolo ties, or hats welcome. Please note: For our church ceremony, we kindly ask guests to remove hats.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids are welcome! Please note that parents are responsible for supervising their children during the event. If you anticipate needing time for yourself, you may wish to arrange for a babysitter.

Answer

There are hotel recommendations under the travel tab at the top of this page. If you’re staying at the hotel, we recommend taking an Uber or Lyft to the venue—especially if you plan to enjoy a few drinks!

Answer

Your presence is the greatest gift! For those who wish to, our wedding registry is available on our website under the Registry tab at the top of this page. Please do not bring gifts to the ceremony; use our registry or website for mailing.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! We want all of our guests to enjoy the celebration safely. Please let us know about any food allergies or dietary restrictions in advance by contacting us through our wedding website or directly messaging Yanessa. Our caterers will do their best to accommodate your needs.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

To RSVP visit the RSVP tab at the top of this page, we kindly ask guests to answer the optional questions included. We ask guests to RSVP by March 1, 2026. Due to planning and seating arrangements, we will consider non-responses as a “no.” Please note: only guests listed on the invitation are included in the RSVP.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to space limitations, we are unable to offer plus ones to all guests. If you believe there may be an error or that a guest is missing from your invitation, please reach out to us directly before submitting your RSVP.

Other day of details

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors, so please dress accordingly. Smoking and open flames are not permitted on the property. Restrooms are located indoors. The event will take place rain or shine. The celebration will conclude at 1:00 AM. Please keep in mind that the ceremony and reception are at two different locations; there is plenty of time in between to allow for travel. No shuttle service is provided.
