What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best springtime formal attire. Please see the color grid above. We are hoping to keep everyone in the same color palette :) Patterns and floral designs are encouraged. Please no jeans/ denim & avoid shades of white. Venue is a campground with grass and gravel being the majority of the terrain. Please wear comfortable formal footwear. Heels are optional but highly recommended to bring a backup pair of sandals or flats. ¡Nos encantaría ver a nuestra familia y amigos vestirse elegantes para nuestro gran día! Vístete para impresionar con tu mejor atuendo formal de primavera. Consulte de los colores de arriba. Esperamos mantener a todos en los mismos colores :) Se recomiendan patrones y diseños florales. Por favor, no se visten de jeans/denim y evite los tonos blancos.

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP/ Thank you for understanding and please feel free to reach out with any questions. Debido al espacio limitado, solo podemos acomodar a aquellos formalmente invitados. Si recibió un acompañante, aparecerá debajo de su nombre cuando confirme su asistencia. Gracias por comprender y no dude en comunicarse con cualquier pregunta.

Are kids allowed?

Answer

Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. However, we encourage you to use this evening as a "night out" for yourself! Las invitaciones serán específicas e incluirán los nombres de los niños invitados. Sin embargo, le recomendamos que utilice esta noche como una "noche de fiesta" para usted.

When do we need to RSVP by? 

Answer

Please RSVP by January 5th 2025, using the RSVP tab on the wedding website. If you do not RSVP in time we will assume that you are unable to attend. Confirme su asistencia antes del 5 de enero de 2025, en el sitio web de la boda. Si no confirma su asistencia a tiempo, asumiremos que no puede asistir.

What do I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not attend the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "not attending" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you! ¡Te extrañaremos! Si no puede asistir a la boda, infórmenos lo antes posible y confirme su asistencia "no asistirá". ¡Gracias!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:15 pm. Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to allow time for parking and finding your seat. La ceremonia comenzará a las 4:15 pm. Llegue al menos entre 15 y 30 minutos antes para tener tiempo para estacionar y encontrar su asiento.

Where do I park?

Answer

Our venue has free on-site parking. You can drive to the venue, but we encourage guests to Uber/Lyft from the hotels. We also recommend scheduling transportation ahead of time due to the lack of cell service in the campground. Nuestro lugar cuenta con estacionamiento gratuito. Puede conducir hasta el lugar del evento, pero recomendamos a los invitados que utilicen Uber/Lyft desde los hoteles. También recomendamos programar el transporte con anticipación debido a la falta de servicio celular en el campamento.

Will the wedding be indoor or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors. The reception will be indoors :) La ceremonia y el cóctel serán al aire libre. La recepción será debajo techo :)
