What date do I need to RSVP by?

Yes! A passport is required to travel to Mexico. Please make sure that your passport is not set to expire in 2025.

When booking your flight, the final destination should be Cancun International Airport (CUN).

Is this an All Inclusive Resort?
Answer
Yes, this resort is all inclusive. Food, drinks and alcohol are included in the price you pay when booking. Activities, excursions and transportation off of the resort are not covered in the price when booking so please plan accordingly.

When is the deadline to book flight/room accommodations?
Answer
Please have your accommodations booked by May 31st, 2025. Once booked, please send your confirmation numbers to either Dante or Taylor. If we do not receive your confirmations by May 31st, we will have to remove your name from the guest list.

Where can I book my room accommodations?
Answer
There are several ways you can book your room accommodations. First, you can call Going Places Travel Agency at (410)-787-1100 and ask to speak to Effie. When you call, let her know that you are guests of Dante's wedding party in Cancun, Mexico. She will arrange your flight, room accommodations and transportation from the airport/resort. If you use this option, you will have to pay a down payment but can pay the rest in installments. The down payment price depends on the duration of your stay/when you reach out to her. Second, you can use a 3rd party booking site to book your room (Bookings.com, Hotels.com, Expedia.com etc). These sites have book now, pay later options. With this option you will have to buy the flight separately. Third, you can book directly with the resort by calling (888)- 477-7227, or visiting the resort's website www.majestic-resorts.com (Make sure you book the Costa Mujeres location).

How much should I plan on spending?
Answer
Pricing will vary depending on flight, duration of stay, and the room you decide to book. If possible, please bring cash with you. We suggest using an ATM in the US or at the resort.

What should the duration of my stay be?
Answer
All wedding festivities will take place on Friday September 19th, 2025. Please note you will need to book a minimum of 4 nights at the resort. You may be able to call directly if you need to stay less time!

How will I get to the resort from the airport?
Answer
It depends on how you book your accommodations! If you decide to go through the Travel Agency, ask Effie to add transportation to and from the airport to your itinerary. If you use a 3rd party booking website, you should have the option to add transportation to your reservation when booking. If you decide to book with the resort, you can also have the resort arrange transportation (for a fee). You may also call the resort to schedule transportation even if you did not book directly with them (this will also be an additional fee).

Will I have cellular service once I land in Mexico?

Please check with your cell provider to see if you are covered for international cellphone usage. If not, you can purchase a SIM card at CUN airport.
