Marcus and Morgan met at their place of employment, Lockheed Martin in Owego, NY. Morgan started on January 4th, 2016 and Marcus started on January 18th, 2016. Just a mere two weeks apart. Marcus began working on a program that led him to be introduced to Morgan. Little did she know, Marcus had his eye on her for some time now. He slowly started gaining her friendship by asking if she was going to a social event that Lockheed offered. She didn't end up going, but asked that next Monday how it went. They messaged back and forth at work, more and more each day. Once Marcus asked Morgan to go on a date, she was beyond nervous. But their first date was magical, Morgan had never met anyone who matched her humor, love for animals, and energy like Marcus. A few dates later, Marcus took Morgan for ice cream, then to meet his dog, Bella. Morgan saved the bottom of the cone for Bella, and instantly won her heart. After almost a year and a half of dating, Marcus proposed to Morgan at Three Sister's Island in Niagara Falls. After a long day of touring the Canada side in the rain, Marcus insisted they check out one more beautiful location. A photographer was there to surprise Morgan as Marcus got down on one knee and asked her to be his wife. Their love has evolved every day since and will continue to grow as husband and wife. Marcus and Morgan had planned on a September 12, 2020, however, due to COVID, they decided to postpone to September 18, 2021. This decision was very hard but was best for everyone's health.
