How do I get from the airport to the Barceló Maya Grand Resort?

Answer

Cancun International Airport is approximately 1 hour away from our HQ Hotel, Barceló. There aren't any Ubers or Lyfts in the area of Cancun, there are private taxis and airport shuttles. We recommend you to reserve the airport shuttle in advance which may be more affordable than taxis, if there is traffic on the road taxis might get expensive. This is a good shuttle company that you could reserve in advance https://etransfers.com/. Reserving in advance is recommended because you will get a flat rate regardless of the traffic. Renting a car is a great option as well, if you feel comfortable driving in a foreign country. Car rental fairs are pretty affordable. If you come by yourself and would like to carpool with other guests, let us know and we can see if there are other guests that have a similar schedule to you. Please note that if you are staying at Hotel Barcelo, airport pickup is available for a fee upon request.

We love your kids! But we want our wedding to be your night off! If you travel with your kids let us know, and we will help you find a babysitter or make any arrangements needed.

How can we get to the wedding venue Blue Venado Seaside?

If you're staying at the Barceló Maya Grand Resort, we're providing shuttles for all the guests to get to the venue from the hotel and return. It is only about 5 min away. If you are staying somewhere else you can get there by car or by taxi. Unfortunately there are no Ubers in the area.
