Taylor and I had our first date at Summer Moon Coffee in Conroe, Texas. During this time, I was working on my teaching certification and Taylor was starting medical school. His first message to me was "Hey fellow Bearkat!" which is funny because we both happen to have attended Sam Houston State University but never crossed paths. The day that we met, we both talked in that coffee shop for hours followed by a walk at a nearby park. We held hands and somehow never ran out of things to talk about. Since that day, we were basically inseparable and each other's number one supporter. We both knew what we had was special and still think back to that initial greeting and laugh. Who would have known that one coffee shop date would turn into forever?
